Grrrrr. Why is it so expensive to throw a party? I cannot help but think that these caterers know that they are dealing with people who are getting married so they just screw us over. It's so offensive how much it cost!

We met with one caterer. First of all, he didn't ask ANY questions about our style. He just assumed that we wanted certian things. We are not trying to have a black tie affair. We are not trying to impress anyone! WE just want to have fun. We want people to leave with food in their belly, our primary concern is that people are comfortable and have fun. Yup, I am infuriated! I just think this is bull. $19 for a dried out chicken breast!
