Poetry. There is no such place as the middle of nowhere.
There is no such place as the middle of nowhere.
That is unless you don't know where you are.
Unless you are scared of being stuck or alone.
Unless you are trying to locate yourself as more sophisticated than "nowhere."
But, there are places that are vast and wide.
There are places that are isolated and quiet.
There are places that remind us that our place in the universe is small.
And our own little niche of culture and community is just that-
a small little niche.
One persons nowhere is another person's somewhere.

We are in Eastern Washington this weekend. Is it obvious?
